SHIPPING POLICY
Order and Despatch Times
Once you submit your online order, your artwork is custom printed. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to be printed, framed, quality checked and despatched. In the unlikely event of delays, we will keep you informed of progress. If your order is urgent, please contact us to discuss options.
Shipping within Australia
Standard shipping is free within Australia. Once despatched, your package will usually arrive within 3-5 business days, although times may differ due to variables outside of our control. Upon despatch, we will email you a tracking number to allow you to monitor your delivery. Express shipping is available upon request, at your cost. Please contact us for further details if required.
International Shipping
Unframed artworks can be shipped to any country. We do not ship framed artwork. International shipping of unframed artwork is free, however any additional import duties or taxes incurred upon delivery to your destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery times will vary depending upon your location. Please contact us for an approximate delivery timeframe.
Return & REFUND Policy
We take care to pack and ship your goods so they arrive in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, we do not refund, but will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will arrange to collect and replace it for you as soon as possible.
Please choose your artwork carefully. We do not provide refunds or replacements due to a change of mind.
